Но в хроме тоже нет.
Видимо хостинг российский, в Украине провайдеры блокируют.
Чтобы картинка гарантированно была у всех, ее нужно заливать через раздел profile/upload images -
https://www.dreamwidth.org/file/new
тогда будет доступна везде, где есть дрим
